Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Shipping is included in the price and usually takes 7-10 business days via USPS. Unfortunately, I do not currently offer international shipping. Once your package is shipped, you will get an email containing your tracking information.

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you are in the Bay Area, you can arrange for local pick up in San Jose, CA and receive a 10% discount on your order with using the code LOCAL at checkout. If you use this option, you will receive an email from me to coordinate pick up.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the item arrives damaged, please contact me for a refund with a photo of the damaged product

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return that item within 7 days of delivery. Your ceramics must be unused and in the original packaging. Please make sure to pack them properly since they are quite fragile!

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item and you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
